You are what you eat.

There is a believe saying that you are what you eat. Being slim and fit is everyone's dream. For most women even wish for eating all they want, without getting fat (that only happens if you're lucky enough to have the metabolic gene running like bullet train in your body).

For most of human history, people didn't have enough to eat, so fat was something you really needed to seek out. To avoid dying in a famine, the brain is wired to pick up on signs that calorie-rich foods are nearby, which helps explain why that piece of cake on the plate in front of you is so irresistible, or why seeing a sign for a doughnut shop draws you in even when you know you need to watch your diet.

That's rubbish! Temptation are always hard to resist, it never is easy. But, the thing is we can control how our mind works. It just whether or not we have the will power to SAY NO, thinking that giving in is always easiest things to do. There’s a little animal in all of us and maybe that’s something to celebrate. But what sets us apart from the animals is that we can think, feel, and dream - train your brain to crave for healthy foods.

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets nor bursts of exercises. Watching your diet is the best way to lose weight.

  • Do not eat when you  are not hungry! Boredom and depression can lead to a person to eating things that will lead to weight gain. If you are bored, try reading book, playing a sport, or talking to friends.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day It curbs hunger, makes you feel better and makes your skin glow!
  • Check food labels. Eat foods that are low in calories (anything below 200 is good) and carbohydrates. Although carbohydrates can help you think better and they fuel the nervous system and power fat metabolism. Eat foods that have vitamins and minerals in them. Protein, fiber, and iron are all good for you.
  • Eat your dinner earlier (in between 4:30 to 7:00) so that you can burn off some of the calories you consumed.
  • Drink real fruit juice not fruit drinks that are loaded with sugar and often contain only a small percentage of fruit juice. Freshly squeezed fruit juice is a better choice than bottled juice. The best choice is to eat a piece of fruit rather than drink the fruit juice. The whole fruit contains fiber which slows down your digestion.
  • Cut down on saturated fats and sugar. Eat your meals according to the food pyramid. The food pyramid gives you the balancing of nutrients needed by your body everyday.
