Growing up in a family where you can only find
chopsticks on dinning table and no forks. It has been compulsory for us
to know how to use a pair of chopsticks table the proper way.
I’ve been taught how to hold a pair of chopsticks-the proper way when
I was in lower secondary. What my dad told me was, as a Chinese we must
know how to hold the chopsticks the proper way and not as long as you
can pick up any food and stuff in your mouth. Part of tradition it
seems-not to embarrass our ancestor and all the long-great grandmother stories
that he claims.
But today, due all the
history he told me, I know how to
hold a chopsticks the proper way. Thanks to him that I learn. It’s not
something that only certain people can do-it’s just a skill that anybody
can learn.
Well, here’s link for some guidance :

If you hold them the proper way, then you supposedly can hold an egg with the chopsticks.
Or...
Have fun! ;)
